The Alumni and Friends of the Faculty of Law Association will hold its Annual General Meeting at noon on Saturday, September 24, 2011 in the Law Centre (CN Alumni Hall). Please RSVP to Catherine Miller cmiller@law.ualberta.ca or (780) 492-5953.

Alumni Weekend 2011

The University of Alberta Alumni Weekend 2011 begins Thursday, September 22 with the Alumni Recognition Ceremony and continues through to Sunday, September 25.

As part of the general U of A Alumni Weekend, all law alumni and guests are invited to attend an Open House at the Law Centre, Saturday, September 24th from 11:00 a.m. to noon, followed by the Dean’s Lunch hosted by Dean Philip Bryden. There is no cost to attend, but an RSVP is required for the lunch. Please RSVP to Shermie Au at 780-492-7421 or sau@law.ualberta.ca. Lunch is followed by a brief annual general meeting of the Alumni and Friends of the Faculty of Law Association.

The U of A Alumni Affairs Office is also organizing a dinner and dance on Saturday, September 24th beginning with a reception at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 and dancing at 9:30 at the Alberta Ballroom, Edmonton Exposition Centre (Northlands). Tickets for this event are $75 per person and may be obtained through the Alumni Affairs Office (780) 492-3224 or by email: alumni@ualberta.ca
