Submissions

Submissions to the Review of Constitutional Studies / Revue d'études constitutionnelles and the Constitutional Forum constitutionnel are accepted in English or French and should be made electronically, in Wordperfect, Microsoft Word or RTF formats, to the Managing Editor.

Review of Constitutional Studies / Revue d'études constitutionnelles

The Review publishes original scholarly work from a variety of disciplines on subjects of constitutional concern as well as review essays and book reviews. Articles submitted for publication must not have been previously published, nor be under review elsewhere.

Articles should be in the neighbourhood of 7,500 - 9,000 words, but we also accept submissions that are shorter or longer than this. Please submit articles with an abstract.

Constitutional Forum constitutionnel

The Forum publishes comments and updates on issues of current constitutional interest. Submissions from a variety of disciplines are welcomed.

Submissions should be in the range of 3,000 words.

Please follow The Chicago Manual of Style, 16th ed. where not inconsistent with the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation, 7th ed.

For citations, please follow the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation, 7th ed.

For spelling, please follow the Canadian Oxford Dictionary.
