Mark joined the Health Law Institute at the University of Alberta in September 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science Major) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta. Following graduation, Mark served as a judicial clerk at the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench before completing his articles at Parlee McLaws LLP.
As a Project Manager, Mark assists Tracey Bailey, the Executive Director, by conducting research, assisting in editing the Institute's online and print publications, and occasionally delivering lectures on a variety of topics.
