Application Deadline

Students are encouraged to apply online as the process is secure and faster. The advantage to online application is the ability to track the progress of your application and documentation.

The application deadline for September admission into the PhD and LLM programs:

December 1

Documentation Deadline

All supporting documents must be received in the Faculty of Law admissions office no later than:

February 1

For the PhD program, offers of admission may be made on a rolling basis prior to February 1.

Graduate degrees are awarded by the University of Alberta Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (FGSR). Information on fees, and other information is available from the FGSR.
