Research Strengths

The Faculty of Law has identified a number of its research areas of strength based on faculty expertise, scholarship, research projects and associated professional activities.  These research areas are in health law and policy, commercial law, legal theory, private law (contracts, torts, property) and international law/human rights.  Aboriginal law and criminal law are also identified as developing areas of research strength.
